It’s a half day tour that allows  the exploration of the most enchanting areas of the volcano up  to around 2000 mt of altitude. On this tour you will admire a breathtaking landscape, enriched by ancient and beautiful craters. You will observe lava tunnels (caves) of various shapes and sizes. An incessant and varied sequence of lights, colours and smells will lead your senses throughout.

If you want to treat yourself, you can taste  local produce such as honey, wine, liquors, etc.

Meeting point: Zafferana Etnea in Piazzale Papa Giovanni Paolo II (in front of the City Park). The transfer from the meeting point to the excursion location is free and it could include off-road transfer.

Equipment required: closed shoes or trekking/hiking shoes, fleece/ jumper, windbreaker/waterproof jacket.
