Description

Crown jewel of our hikes, the challenging uphill ways to the summit craters of the highest active volcano in Europe, with all the views and no shortcuts.

An immersive, sustainable, and exclusive expedition to the summit of Mount Etna and its active area. Starting from the base points at 1750m, we follow the most scenic hiking-only trails, leaving behind mechanical lifts and tourist roads.

This full-day trek offers 1500+ meters of stunning elevation gain, passing through all of Etna’s altitudinal zones to explore the barren, sulfuric, colorful, and theatrical active summit craters.
